Notary Appointment
- Please complete all forms except signatures and areas to be notarized which must be signed in the presence of the notary.
- All signers must be present during the notary appointment
- Bring unexpired original government issued photo ID (e.g. driver's license, original U.S. passport or identification card)
- If your document requires a witness, please make sure your witnesses are present during signing. We are able to provide witnesses for a fee if needed.
